Who It’s For –

Mimos Coliving is for people in transition who want more than just a place to live. Whether you’re new to Canada, between homes, a snowbird, a remote worker, or someone downsizing, Mimos Coliving offers comfort, connection, and community. Members stay one to six months (and can renew) while sharing small household tasks that keep each home feeling like family.

How It Works

Joining is simple. Every applicant completes a short form and screening to make sure Mimos is the right fit. Once approved, you’ll be matched with one of our existing homes based on your preferences and availability.

If you’re a homeowner inspired by the Mimos model, we also welcome inquiries from those interested in starting a Mimos Coliving house in their own community.

As part of the application process, we ask each member to agree to our shared values — respect, participation, and collaboration. Together, we create homes that nurture our well-being and make genuine connections — because everyone deserves to feel at home.
